The new Alder Cafe, Bridgette Bar and a grocery store are all open for business and are located within Spring Creek.
The condo has luxurious finishing throughout: hardwood floors, granite countertops, and slate & marble tiling. The spacious 3rd floor condo is south facing, which supplies excellent views and sunshine. Relax after a day on the slopes in the amazing outdoor hot tub with breathtaking mountain views! This is the ideal base for your Rocky Mountain adventure!
The hot tub, gym and billiards room are common to the building. Note: We do not have control of building amenity closures such as hot tub maintenance and repairs.
The condo comfortably sleeps 5 guests, with a King bed in the master and a queen in the second bedroom. An additional single bed in the 2nd bedroom allows for 1 more sleeping spot or separate beds for siblings. Hotel quality linens and down duvets are provided. The spa inspired ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom has heated floors, dual sinks, a decadent soaker tub and a slate/glass shower, while the main bathroom has heated floors, a sink and a larger slate/glass shower. Towels, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner and soap are provided.
For your convenience, there is one secure underground parking spot with a locked storage area for all your essential toys (golf clubs, skis, boards, bikes, etc). Entry into the building is via coded locks so flexible check in can be accommodated.
When you’re ready to relax after a day of adventure, our comfortable condo comes equipped with leather furniture, a gas fireplace and a large screen TV in the living room. High speed Wifi, cable TV, Netflix access and telephone for local calls are provided free of charge. Each bedroom also contains a TV.
You can also relax over a meal around our dining room table that seats 6. Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped (stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), so cooking up a storm should be no problem. Our reviews confirm that this is one of the best stocked condos that many travelers have stayed at! An in-suite high-efficiency washer and dryer makes doing laundry easy and convenient (with laundry soap provided).
Consume the incredible view on our deck, complete with bbq and bistro seating for four, and enjoy a serene moment over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The south-facing balcony and windows overlook a mountain creek and allow for sun-filled vistas of the towering Lawrence Grassi and imposing Rundle Range.
